Quality Assurance Specialist

Salary: CAD $70,000 – $90,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections of hemostatic sponge products throughout manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing protocols.
  • Monitor compliance with Health Canada regulations, GMP standards, and company quality requirements.
  • Investigate product deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints.
  • Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Maintain quality documentation and records.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Supply Chain Manager

Salary: CAD $85,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations.
